Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- vegan bread
- Peanut Butter
- Fruit Preserve
- Brown vegan mustard
- Chocolate Sauce
- Toothpicks
Directions:
Take one slice of vegan bread and cut the crust off. Flatten the piece of bread and spread any combination of ingredients on one side (I espcially like peanut butter and brown mustard). Roll the piece of bread with the filling inside to make a jelly roll. Slice the jelly roll into four pieces lengthwise and spear with a toothpick to prevent it from unrolling. (You might want to spear it before cutting it into pieces) This makes a wonderful or’derve for parties.
Serves: as many as you like
Preparation time: 1 minute per roll-up

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 cup of natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
Directions:
Put the liquid ingredients and garlic
in the blender and blend it all up. Add
peanut butter… keep adding it until
the sauce thickens up. You can use it
right away but it’s always better if
you put it in the fridge for 15 mins or
so. Put on rice (the best is basmati)
and tofu stir fry and vegetables.. and
whatever else you might think it would
be good on!! Just use your taste buds
and add ingredients here and there for
your preferred taste. ITS GOOD STUFF!!
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY!!! *LOVE
AND LET BE LOVED*
Serves: um 2 cups?
Preparation time: 10 mins
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 8 oz. vegan “cream cheese”, plain
- 1 cup of natural peanut butter (I like to use Krema)
- 1/3-1/4 cup soymilk (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup of Succanat
Directions:
Soften the cream cheese in the
microwave or on the stove. Combine all
the ingredients together and mix with
hand mixer. When it has a creamy look
to it, it’s done! Serve cold or room
temperature.
Serve with apples, vegan crackers, etc. My
children love to dip popcorn in it!
It’s a wonderful dip for the holidays.
Enjoy!
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large onion, chopped coarsely
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon each cumin,
- 2 cans chickpeas (about 3 1/2 cups I think)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoon no-fat tomato paste (if I can’t find this, I boil down tomato sauce until it’s thickened)
- 2 teaspoon peanut butter
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in nonstick pot until slightly browned. Add
Indian spices and cook about 30 seconds, or until spices start to give
off wonderful smells and turn slightly brown. Add chick peas WITH HALF
THEIR LIQUID if canned, with some cooking broth if cooked from
scratch. Add lemon juice and tomato paste. Cook about 10 minutes, to
let chickpeas heat through. Stir in peanut butter and cook a few
minutes more. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve over
rice.
