Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 pieces of vegan bread
- cucumbers
- tomatoes
- lettuce
- (or any other veggies you want)
- veggie mayo
Directions:
Spread mayo on vegan bread.
Add sliced veggies.
Close vegan bread and eat.
Serves: 1
