Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 pkg. of tempeh
- 1 onion diced
- olive oil
- Barb-Q sauce
Directions:
Fry tempeh with onion in olive oil till browned on both sides,
about 3 minutes each side.
Then add barbeque sauce and simmer till warm. Serve on onion or
wheat bun. That’s it!
