Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • peanut butter
  • dry roasted peanuts
  • oatmeal

Directions:

Mix desired amounts by hand or with spoon, and then form into a log. Slice.

ENJOY!

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 2 pitas
  • olives
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • shredded lettuce
  • tomato

Directions:

Toast pita.

Dice olives and tomatoes.

Fill pita with above ingredients.

Eat and enjoy!

Serves: 2

Garlic and Herb Pretzels

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 2 packages of yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vegan sugar
  • 4-5 cups flour
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • sea salt

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, vegan sugar and 2 cups of the
flour. Mix crushed garlic and herbs. Add 2 cups more of
the flour and keep adding until dough is no longer sticky.
Roll into snakes and shape into pretzels. Bake at 425 for
10-15 minutes until brown! Sprinkle with sea salt.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tobasco)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce (check ingredients!)
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients and spread pecans in a single
layer on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300, stirring often, for
25 minutes or until toasted.

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • hummus
  • Ore-Ide steak fries (they’re vegan)
  • cut veggies in pretty colors (yellow squash, red pepper, broccoli flowers)
  • sliced black olives
  • olive oil
  • ceyanne pepper

Directions:

Heat up steak fries. Spread hummus on a plate. Drizzle
with olive oil and sprinkle with ceyanne pepper. Arrange
veggies around plate. Use fries and veggies to scoop up
hummus. = )
