Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 1/2 ounces of soft tofu
- 1/2 cup soya milk
- sweeten to taste with vegan sugar (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingrediance to a blender, mix and liquify.
Drink as is or chill in frezer until cristaline and eat with
a spoon.
Serves: 1
